1. Start with hair that is completely dry and detangled.
2. Plug Le Duo Edge into an electrical outlet. The lights will illuminate in succession from the fan icon to the highest temperature (the tool has not started heating yet).
3. Press and hold the power button until a white light illuminates beside 280°F (default temperature).
4. The light beside 280°F will blink while the tool heats up. Once the tool reaches the temperature, the white light will stop blinking and the fan will turn on automatically.
5. To select a different temperature, press and release the power button until the light beside your desired temperature illuminates.
6. To deactivate the fan, press and release the fan button.
7. Apply your preferred L’ange heat protectant evenly throughout your hair.
8. Detangle and divide hair into small, manageable sections.
9. Keep the hot plates away from your face and body at all times.
10. Style with the base of the tool facing up or down, depending on your preference.
11. Squeeze the clip to open the plates and insert a ½"–1" section of hair near the root.
12. Close the plates, rotate the iron 180° in your preferred direction, and glide it down the length of your hair. Pull slower for tighter curls. Vary curl directions for a more natural look.
13. To straighten, use your free hand to grasp the tip of the iron. Maintain consistent pressure and glide the iron smoothly from roots to ends.
14. Repeat on the remaining sections until your desired style is achieved.
15. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn OFF the tool. Unplug Le Duo Edge and wait until it is completely cooled before storing.
